I could point out that I never went to his profile page to vent my teenage angst. That his behavior here was what warranted the block.
I could also point out I never made two journal updates about said user and that demonstrated my frankly more mature behavior.
But you've likely already made up your mind and I'm not interested in arguing over something that happened months ago. So...I'll just conclude this topic with the suggestion that you attempt to look at the whole picture before jumping to conclusions.

True, it was unwarranted for him to go to your page and bomb you with that "This site is dead" line, but what were you doing visiting his page if you didn't give two shits about him?
I visited his page out of morbid curiosity. I'd never had someone I'd argued with months prior suddenly spam my profile page with impotent rage before. It was quite unusual. And then he made a whole journal entry about it.

As far as this site is dead line, that was one of his more tame comments. The ones I hid on my profile probably do his character more benefit than my own.
